Foot Secure System: Features two adjustable straps on each pedal to keep feet stable and secutely in place during excercise. Straps can be stored under pedals when not in use.

Reclining, 360 degree Swivel Seat: Features a comfortable, supportive and accessible seat that rotates 360 degrees and lock avery 45 degreet to allow user access onto the seat from any angle. For added comfort, the seat back reclines an additional 10 degrees.

Rotating Hand Grips: Ergonomically shaped, molded rubber hand grips rotate 40 degrees and arm handles, with eacy-to-use clamshell release levers, adjust in length up to 18" (46 cum) for optimun upper body posistioning during a workout

Locking Handles and Pedals: StrideLock locks arm handles and leg pedals in place for easier on and off access.

LCD Color Display: The eaty-to-read LCD color display allows users to change resistance levels, select from 13 workout programs and view current workout stats in time, distance, calories, watts and METs.
