It is a bariatric position plus with a level cushion bottom and washable, non-skid cover and a 50-inch strap made for a Recliner Lift chair for someone with skin integrity issues or prone to skin breakdown and needs the extra support of gel while sitting in their favorite recliner or lift chair. The extended 50" strap with buckle secures the cushion to chair to prevent sliding during lifts and keeps your Veteran positioned correctly on the gel.
