How do I change my cane from right-handed to left-handed?

To adjust the base from right to left, or left to right, first, loosen the tension screw. While pressing the brass locking pin in, turn the quad base to the desired position. Release the locking pin, making sure it engages in the correct hole, then tighten the tension screw.
