These silicone rods are about 4.25″ in Length and come in four (4) girth sizes : 3.5″, 4.0″, 4.5″ and 5″.

Hole Girth *

They are intended to be used to fill in the “air gap” in the sleeve hole. Space between the head of your penis and the end of the sleeve hole, can now be filled . Measure the amount you need and carefully cut the Rod Insert to size. (rolling the Rod Insert on a flat surface while slowly cutting into the rod works well.

Insert the Rod into the sleeve to provide reinforcement and prevent “buckling”.

Color of insert will vary – but are usually a Caramel color
