The CanDo PEP Pack is a complete progressive resistance exercise program that is made up of low-powder latex exercise bands or tubes depending on personal preference. Each PEP pack comes with three diffrerent 4-foot bands and an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. The bands are poly-bagged for additional protection. Choose between 3 different latex-free exercise band PEP packs that can be used for a progressive resistance exercise program. Easy, Moderate, Difficult.

The CanDo exercise band PEP pack- available in low-powder latex and latex free
- can be used for a progressive resistance exercise program.
- Each Pep pack comes with three different 4-foot bands and an illustrated instruction/exercise chart.
- Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag.
- Effective when used alone, or with handles and anchors.
- Uniform width - each band is 5" wide

Levels range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold.

Easy PEP pack includes: Yellow= X-light, Red= Light, Green= Medium

Moderate PEP pack includes: Green= Medium, Blue= Heavy, Black= X-heavy

Difficult PEP pack includes: Black= X-Heavy, Silver= XX-Heavy, Gold= XXX-Heavy
