    Replacement Gel Pack for Skil-Care Heel Float is compatible with the following:

    • For heat therapy, warm the gel in hot water to the desired temperature. DO NOT microwave. For cold therapy, cool the gel pack by placing it in a refrigerator. DO NOT freeze.
