How to Use

Step 1: Slip product over hand and position pad over the widest part of the forearm below the area where soreness or weakness occurs.
Step 2: Make a tight fist, flexing the muscles in the forearm, and secure the adjustable strap. Support should fit snugly, yet comfortably.

Remove this support immediately following activity.
