With variable incline and adjustable resistance, the A7ex, A5x and A3x Ascent Trainers® make workouts more dynamic and motivating. Stride lengths between 21" to 24" mimic the user's natural footpath, and the Constant Rate of Acceleration is smooth and similar to true body movement.

Both have Ascent Intuitive LED console displays that are easy to navigate—for users of all experience levels. A self-powered, cord-free system and maintenance-free drive provide cost-savings and freedom of placement within the facility. 



The step-over height of 7" to 12" allows increased range of motion. Other features include Ergo Form™ grips with integrated controls and a removable disk for quick access and easy serviceability.
